Join the tfd Wolf Run in September!

If you haven’t tried an event like the Wolf Run and are really looking for something a little different this year, then join us! The distance is approximately 10km, however, it’s broken up by lots of exciting (very muddy) obstacles and it so much fun you won’t have a clue how far you’ve been.

2015 Membership Offers

Join for 12 months at £399 and save £100 from the normal price of £499 or pay by direct debit at £35 a month for 12 months, saving £96 over the course of the year.

Joint 12 months memberships are also on offer for £798 as a single payment, saving £152 or £70 by direct debit for 12 months, saving £129.60.

Welcome new team member, Alex Briscoe

We are extremely pleased to welcome Alex Briscoe to the tfd team as gym /class instructor and personal trainer. Alex is already taking Fitball and Kinesis classes and is enjoying motivating and supporting tfd members in the gym.

The gym team at tfd are second to none. Individually they are passionate & motivated. Together they form the best all round support our members could ever want.

The Spring Class Schedule is out....

Spring is coming, so we’ve launched our new Schedule which starts on Sunday 1st Feb….you’re going to love it!

Try some new classes this year….here’s just a taster..
**Monday 7pm – 7:30pm Beginners/Int. Spin with Lena
*Spin is fab for burning calories & increasing fitness. No coordination required, but a sense of humour essential! Try this new beginners class & start feeling the benefits today!

**Tuesday 5:30pm – 6pm Body Conditioning with Claire S.
*30 min session to tone up, improve your abs & get fitter! All abilities will find this class beneficial.

**Tuesday 7:05pm – 8pm Dynamic Step with Claire S.
*This retro class is brought to life again with Claire’s motivational & fun approach. If you’re new to the class you’ll be well looked after….go on… book in this week!
**Wednesday 7:15pm – 8pm Interval Circuits with Claire G.*
High intensity interval Training (HIIT). Fast moving class to increase aerobic & anaerobic fitness & strength. A great all rounder class for cross training.

*Thursday 6:15pm – 7pm Spin with Liz
Prepare for the weekend with this calorie burning spin class!

**Thursday 8pm – 8:45pm Tone & Stretch with Lena
*Lena focuses the toning exercises in this class on the areas we all want to work on and you’ll most definitely feel the benefits. All ages and abilities welcome!

**Saturday 10:30am – 11:30am Fitness Yoga with Julie*
Mindful relaxation & stretching. A glorious way to start the weekend.

*Sunday 10:15am – 11am – Tone & Stretch with Steffi/Lena
Body toning, core strength & a good old stretch…perfect for a Sunday morning. Add this onto the start or end of your gym session on a Sunday morning.

To get registered ask at tfd reception or email to receive your login name & password.

Class Bundles for non-members.
Purchase a class bundle of 5 classes for £30 and receive one class free saving £6.

Class bundle cards are now available for purchase at reception. Please ask for yours today.

Class Cover Instructors

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to add to our list of class cover instructors.
If you think you’ve got what it takes to join the tfd class cover team email with your CV and details of which classes you are qualified to teach.
Our timetable has a diverse range of classes from Spin to Pilates throughout the week, so if you feel you can add to our team, please get in touch.
Class cover that may be required will vary between daytime, evening and weekends, so please let us know your availability too.

tfd supports Rotary Club Charity Walk - Sunday 10th May

The Wantage Rotary Club organise a sponsored 5mile and 10 mile walk every year for people who want to raise money for their chosen charity, the Rotary club or just pay to enter and enjoy the walk with friends.

This year the date of the walk is Sunday 10th May and the Rotary club charge £5 to enter.

If you are interested in joining a group from tfd, email and we’ll send you some more information. Alternatively you can pick up an entry form from the table at reception.
